Ordering Is Fast & Easy 365 Days A Year...

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover. We also will accept a Business Check or Money Order payable to Kuddles 'n Keepsakes© (US Funds Only.) All checks are verified through Equifax Check Services. All prices are in U.S. funds. We have a secure online ordering system to protect your credit information. At this time we do not ship COD.

Delivery
We work very hard to ship most items within 48 hours of ordering, please allow up to 7 to 10 days for delivery. Our inventory revolves quickly and some items maybe on reorder. You will be notified if this is the case.
Unless otherwise noted. Delivery is through USPS or UPS.
Faster shipping is available for an additional fee. No returns after 30 days.

Returns
We normally do not accept returns on custom made or personalized items. Your order is being made especially for your and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in our product, we generally will send out a new item. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item at our discretion. We ask that you donate any replaced afghan or throw to your local homeless shelter. We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

All returns must have prior authorization.
To obtain authorization, please email us for authorization.
We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us.
Package do and have gotten lost so please insure you package.
Please note that shipping charges are Non Refundable.
